You will find us at 3 Bobbin Row, next to the button shop and opposite the pigeon. Pop in any day except Sunday, when the shop is resting. Marigold answers letters in the evenings, usually after midnight, when the house is quiet and she is up anyway.
For custom orders, please send the cat’s measurements and a short, loving description. For returns, simply bring the item to the counter. There is no form. Marigold will take it from you gently, and she will not ask what went wrong.
